Shipping policy

Dress Culture, every order is packed with care and sent out with one goal — getting your new pieces to you as fast and reliably as possible. Dress Culture ships to United States addresses only.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Our daily cut-off time is 9:00 PM PST — orders placed before then may be processed the same business day. Anything placed after the cut-off or over the weekend will be picked up the next working day. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email straight away, followed by a shipping confirmation with your tracking details once it is on its way.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer Standard Flat Rate Shipping on all orders within the United States.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — $14.90
  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays
  • Delivery estimates do not include weekends, holidays, or order handling time

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your delivery in real time through our Order Tracking page at any time — just enter your order number and email address to get a live update. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

Sales Tax & Customs

All applicable sales tax is the responsibility of the customer and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Dress Culture does not cover any additional state or local tax fees.

Delays

Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as carriers limit their operations during these periods. While this is outside of our control, we will always do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
