We hope you love everything you ordered from Dress Culture. But if something is not right, we have made the return process as simple as possible. Please read through before placing your order. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please contact us before sending anything back — returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Email us at help@dressculture.store with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item if it is damaged or incorrect. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email. Pack your item securely in its original packaging, drop it off at your nearest carrier location, and hold onto your receipt. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be processed once we receive it.
A flat fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund total for all mail returns — no upfront payment required. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Dress Culture covers the full return shipping cost at no charge to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are available for in-store purchases only, within 7 business days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original unworn condition with all tags attached and accompanied by your store receipt or packing slip. Our store associates will process your exchange immediately. We do not offer direct exchanges for online orders — simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@dressculture.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly — and we cover all return shipping costs in these cases.
