Shipping

How long does delivery take? Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days. Add 1–2 business days processing time. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

How much does shipping cost? Standard Flat Rate Shipping is $14.90 on all orders within the United States.

What is the order cut-off time? Orders must be placed before 9:00 PM PST to be processed the same business day. Anything after that or over the weekend is picked up the next working day.

Do you ship internationally? No — Dress Culture ships to United States addresses only.

How do I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your delivery status anytime on our Order Tracking page using your order number and email address.

My order is delayed — what do I do? Contact us at help@dressculture.store, and our team will look into it right away.

Returns

How long do I have to return an item? 30 days from the date of purchase.

How do I start a return? Email help@dressculture.store with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent directly to your email.

How much does return shipping cost? A flat fee of $6.00 is deducted from your refund — no upfront payment required. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover the full return shipping cost at no charge to you.

How long does a return take to process? Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing once we receive your returned item.

What items cannot be returned? Items without a receipt or packing slip, items with removed tags or missing packaging, clearance and final sale items, washed or worn items, earrings, cosmetics, panties, lingerie sets, tights, and gift cards.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do? Contact us immediately at help@dressculture.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will resolve it promptly and cover all return shipping costs.

Refunds

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Will the return shipping fee be deducted? Yes — a flat $6.00 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund total for mail returns. If the return is due to our error, the fee is waived completely.
